Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to assist customers in a fast-paced retail environment. You will learn product knowledge, demonstrate technology solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey while building digital tool proficiency.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, service plan recommendations, and teamwork across channels. Training is provided, with a path toward higher responsibility and incentives as you grow within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
