Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting, learning and selling devices and services while demonstrating network coverage and benefits. You will use digital tools to guide customers and complete required training to grow product knowledge and sales skills.

This role offers on-the-job training, a guaranteed hourly base with potential incentives, and opportunities to advance to Mobile Expert as you perform and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
