Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to help customers select and understand technology and service plans in a fast-paced retail environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate capabilities, and guide customers through their shopping journey while developing skills in customer interaction and digital tools usage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Willingness to learn digital tools and product features.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
