Job summary

T-Mobile USA is hiring for a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting and showcase the value of T-Mobile benefits. You will learn the store-in-store process, educate customers, and help drive sales while building relationships with new and existing customers.

We offer on-the-job training, a guaranteed hourly base pay with training pay, and an annual stock grant; travel is not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Retail environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience and processes.
