Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life at National Sales partner locations.

You will engage customers, educate them on devices and services, and demonstrate value through solution-based selling in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. You’ll complete training on in-store processes, stay updated on promotions, and work with store teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from onboarding to after-sale support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and educates customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value and drive sales.
• Complete training on in-store experience, stay updated on promotions, and coordinate with nearby locations for proper onboarding and asset security.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
