Job summary

T-Mobile USA is hiring a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to engage customers in a busy retail setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products and benefits, and contribute to a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

Training covers new skills, products, and processes, with opportunities to drive sales, build relationships, and refer potential customers to grow the business. Prior retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail setting.
• Educates customers and showcases the value of store benefits.
• Completes training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes.
• Attracts potential customers and follows up with referrals to drive sales.
