Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, to bring the T-Mobile brand to life at National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate them on solutions, and demonstrate value of products and services in a high-traffic retail setting.

You'll receive thorough training on the in-store experience, promotions, and customer onboarding, building relationships and driving sales. This role offers incentives, a guaranteed hourly base, and growth opportunities within the

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication.
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
Complete training on in-store processes, review current promotions, and stay customer ready at all times; assist with onboarding and store operations.
Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
