T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to energize in-store experiences at National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate them on products, and use consultative selling to meet needs and close sales while providing exceptional service.

You’ll complete in-store training, leverage digital tools, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers, ensuring an excellent retail experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
