Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to support retail operations, engage customers, and guide technology and service decisions. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.

You will develop skills in customer interaction, digital tools, and service plan recommendations, measuring success by satisfaction, knowledge, and adoption of digital resources.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
