Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools to educate customers and guide onboarding.
• Complete training on store processes, products, and systems; maintain readiness and assist with on-site operations.
