Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks an in-store Mobile Associate to engage customers, demonstrate technology solutions, and guide shoppers through their service plans in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will build product knowledge, use digital resources, and collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer experiences and drive sales. Training completes in-store learning and product certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
