Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to be part of the Store-in-Store Retail Team, engaging customers in a high-traffic environment and demonstrating the value of our wireless solutions. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend products, using digital tools to guide customers through self-serve options and onboarding processes.

You will complete comprehensive in-store training, stay current with promos, and collaborate with nearby locations to onboard customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• As a Mobile Associate, you will consistently leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process. You will identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, new skills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems. Review personal results, promotions, and Hub updates to be Customer Ready at all times. On-board customers with nearby stores, perform skills practice, and manage store operations and assets.
• Customer obsessed. You are friendly, engaging, and able to build rapport and loyalty. You will reach out to potential customers to drive sales, follow up with referrals, manage Be Back processes, and promote price overrides for offers.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
