Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is looking for a Mobile Associate—SiS to energize National Sales partner locations with high-traffic customer engagement and expert product knowledge.

You will educate customers on wireless solutions, use digital tools to demonstrate and upsell, complete onboarding, and collaborate with nearby stores to ensure a seamless experience while supporting stock and kiosk operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Demonstrate, educate, and recommend T-Mobile solutions to customers.
• Onboard customers and leverage self-serve tools to enhance the experience.
• Build rapport, identify needs, and drive sales while maintaining service quality.
• Collaborate with store leadership and teams to support account setup and device support.
