Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates (SiS) to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate on solutions, and drive sales in a high-traffic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication.
• Educates customers, demonstrates solutions, and showcases the value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, stay customer ready, and onboard customers with digital tools.
