Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, showcase benefits, and help them stay connected to what matters most.

You will receive training on products and processes while engaging customers, driving sales, and building relationships in a fast-paced environment. Base pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them on benefits of T-Mobile warehouse/club offerings.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; continuously learn and improve skills.
• Engage with customers, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and build relationships to drive sales.
