T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You will engage customers, educate them on products, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
• At T-Mobile, provide exceptional service, build rapport, attract referrals, and drive sales activity.
