Job summary

T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates represent the face of T-Mobile in a warehouse/club kiosk setting, delivering energy, passion, and expertise to customer interactions. You educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions in a fast-paced retail environment focused on connectivity and customer satisfaction.

You will train on the in-store experience, grow skills, and help drive sales while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educating and showcasing value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete store-in-store training on products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Build rapport with customers, attract new business, and follow up with referrals to drive sales.
