Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to act as the face of the brand in a warehouse/club kiosk setting, delivering energy, passion, and expertise to customers. You will educate and demonstrate solutions, align with customer needs, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will complete comprehensive training, continuously grow your product knowledge, and engage customers with a personal approach to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Interacts with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing value of benefits.
• Completes training on store-in-store experience and processes, continuously learning to improve customer experience.
• Attracts potential customers, follows up, collects referrals, and builds relationships to drive sales.
