T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energetic customer interactions, educating on products, and driving sales in a high-traffic retail setting.

You will complete training on store processes, demonstrate solutions, and help customers stay connected, with competitive pay and broad benefits including stock grants and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educating and demonstrating products.
• Complete training on store processes, products, and systems; share knowledge with customers and staff.
• Proactively attract customers, follow up, collect referrals, and build relationships to drive sales.
