Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to serve as the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You will engage customers in a high-traffic environment, educate them on products, and showcase benefits while building rapport and trust.

Training and ongoing skill development are emphasized. You will participate in sales activities, attract potential customers, and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Build rapport with customers, drive sales, and follow up for referrals and Be Back opportunities.
