Job summary

T-Mobile in the United States seeks a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to energize a high-traffic warehouse/club kiosk and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and help them stay connected to what matters most.

You will complete training on store processes, products, and systems while building rapport with customers and guiding them to the right options. A High School Diploma/GED and 6 months in customer service or sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing the value of store-in-store benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems; continuously learn and improve to provide the best customer experience.
• Build rapport with customers, attract referrals, and drive sales activity while maintaining a friendly, responsive service standard.
