T-Mobile is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of our warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energetic, knowledgeable service to customers in a high-traffic retail environment. You will complete training, educate customers, demonstrate solutions, build rapport, and drive sales while maintaining a friendly, personal approach.

Education: High School Diploma/GED; 6 months customer service or sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education and Work Experience : High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment. (Preferred)

Responsabilités

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. You will continuously learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers! Will perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
