T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate in a fast-paced warehouse/club kiosk environment. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales while delivering outstanding service.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED and 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail. Training is provided and benefits are available to both full- and part-time teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
• Actively attract potential customers, follow up with customers, collect referrals, and build relationships to drive sales.
