T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of our brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, delivering energy, passion, and expertise in a high-traffic retail environment.

You educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions to help customers stay connected to what matters most. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, completing training on store experience and processes, and proactively driving sales while building relationships and referrals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools to educate and showcase value of benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes; participate in skills practice, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers; attract potential customers and drive sales activity; follow up, collect referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
