Job summary

T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to energize and assist customers in a high-traffic setting. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while delivering exceptional service and helping customers stay connected to what matters most.

You will train on store-in-store processes, products, and tools, continuously learn, and grow your skills in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment. (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and communicating to educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile's benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, systems and resources; participate in skills sharing and store operations.
• Build rapport, trust and loyalty with customers, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and manage Be Back processes to drive sales.
