Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, education, and solutions to customers in a high-traffic environment.

You will learn the store-in-store experience, new products, and processes, and you will engage customers, build rapport, and drive sales while delivering outstanding service and ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educating and showcasing value of store offerings.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes; perform skills practice and knowledge sharing.
• Attract potential customers, follow up with referrals, and build relationships to drive sales and loyalty.
