T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of the brand in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and provide outstanding service in a high-traffic environment.

You’ll learn continuously, perform skills practice, and help grow customer connections and loyalty. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and up to 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail is preferred.

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and education to showcase value of store-in-store benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Build rapport with customers, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and support Be-Back and referral processes to drive sales.
