Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, to engage customers in a fast-paced National Sales partner environment. You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and help them self-serve through the T-Mobile app while meeting sales targets.

Training is provided and you will work with nearby stores to onboard customers. This role emphasizes customer engagement, upsell, and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred (Retail).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Demonstrates and explains T-Mobile solutions and benefits to customers.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes and systems; stay customer-ready at all times.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from setup to device support.
