Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding them through technology and service options in a fast-paced store environment.

You will develop product knowledge, demonstrate features, and help customers choose plans while learning retail processes. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork, with training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
