Job summary

Comcast is hiring for a frontline Mobile Associate role in Florida. You will support store teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, handling activations, education, and troubleshooting with devices, tablets, wearables, and accessories.

You will also assist with check-ins, store resets, and on-demand deliveries, contributing to revenue and customer satisfaction. The position emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a white-glove experience activating devices and BYOD on the network.
• Guide customers through tablet setup and connectivity options.
• Assist with activation and pairing of wearables for seamless use.
• Educate on accessories and add-ons to drive incremental revenue.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device/service issues as needed.
• Assist with transferring contacts, emails and media and reset passwords as required.
