Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with devices and service needs in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll develop proficiency in customer service and sales, using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and benefits, and learn products, services, and processes for effective support. This role emphasizes building relationships, completing training, and contributing to a seamless customer experience while earning a competitive hourly base

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Retail environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
