You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide shoppers through their journey. The role emphasizes customer interaction, use of digital tools, and service plan recommendations, with success measured by customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in Retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized technology and service solutions based on customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
