Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to serve as the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and educate on benefits while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

The role emphasizes energy, knowledge, and a customer-first approach in a high-traffic environment. Training is provided, with potential to advance to Mobile Expert and participate in incentives and stock programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes; learn systems and resources.
• Attract potential customers and drive sales activity; follow up with customers, collect referrals, and build relationships.
