Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of our warehouse/club kiosk, bringing energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction in a high-traffic retail environment.

You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and complete training on store processes while building rapport to help customers stay connected to what matters most. A High School Diploma or GED and 6 months of customer service or sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
• Provide exceptional service, establish rapport, and drive sales activity by attracting customers and following up with referrals.
