You will work with Customer Service and Engineering peers to create a one-stop experience, receiving curated training and development to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12+ months in mobile/expert retail or related customer service role.
• Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to remain SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Consistently uses digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates to foster a culture of sales and service.
• Focus on resolving sales and customer service pain points.
