T-Mobile is hiring a Sr Mobile Expert for our Experience stores. You will deliver best-in-class customer service, leverage retail expertise, and use new systems to solve customer needs from research to resolution.

You will train continuously to become a SME in all aspects of T-Mobile, work with peers in Customer Service and Engineering, and contribute to a culture that rewards sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with mobile products and sales processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to stay current and act as SME in all things T-Mobile.
