T-Mobile is hiring a Sr Mobile Expert to deliver best-in-class customer service while leveraging retail expertise. You will work in a company-owned Experience store with new systems and a product roadmap designed for location-specific needs.

You’ll train continually to become a subject-matter expert and help peers resolve customer issues quickly. This role emphasizes teamwork, sales and service excellence, and ongoing development within a dynamic, benefits-rich environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred, especially in mobile/tech.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to become SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates to foster a culture of sales and service.
