CBRE seeks a Mobile Engineer in New York to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, and equipment. You will support the Engineering and Technical Services group in maintaining facility standards and safety.

Responsibilities include reviewing work orders, estimating time/materials, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to meet design specs and environmental targets. Strong MS Office proficiency and safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• : High School Diploma or GED and 4-5 years of related experience required.
• : Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
• : Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• : Ability to use MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and manage supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Ensure building operations comply with codes, regulations, and safety policies.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily responsibilities.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge across disciplines.
