Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and grounds. You will oversee mechanical, plumbing, life safety, and control systems to ensure operations meet standards and client specifications.

You will review inspections, manage work orders, and lead teams in delivering reliable services while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements. This role is based in Levittown, NY with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
• Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and oversee repairs and emergencies.
