Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.

The role supports a range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing assets within facilities and adheres to CBRE safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include reviewing work orders, estimating materials, coordinating inventories, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to maximize asset life.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of job-related experience; in lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered
• Universal CFC certification is required
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and maintain inventory
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend asset life
• Ensure building systems meet design specifications and environmental conditions
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives
• Operate company vehicles as needed
• Apply advanced knowledge to deliver solutions
• Coach others and share expertise across disciplines
• Lead by example and build consensus within CBRE RISE culture
• Communicate complex information clearly
