Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, plumbing, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency maintenance.
• Inspect building and industrial systems to ensure compliance with design specs and environmental conditions.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Operate company vehicles during daily tasks.
• Apply standard procedures to complex assignments and offer innovative solutions.
• Coach colleagues and share knowledge across multiple disciplines.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE values to reach consensus.
