Cox Fleet is hiring a Mobile Diesel & Trailer Technician to perform licensed DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, light repairs, and diagnostic work in a mobile/field setting. You will manage parts and documentation, operate the company service truck, and ensure safety and compliance.

Hours are 1pm–11:30pm Sunday to Wednesday, with a remote-friendly option but you must reside in the specified region. Prior DOT and ASE-earned skills highly valued, with opportunities for further training and

Qualifications

• DOT inspections and PM inspections required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, braking, and engine systems.
• Ability to operate and document work on mobile service units.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled PM and DOT inspections on light/medium/heavy trucks in mobile environment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical/braking/cooling systems and engine components.
• Document repairs, parts used, and RO details using TRAIT app on iOS device.
• Maintain and operate company service truck, conduct safety checks and daily pre/post trip inspections.
