Job summary

Cox Fleet, a leading on-site fleet maintenance provider, is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform DOT inspections, PMs, and light repairs in a mobile/field setting. You will diagnose electrical, braking, and engine systems while maintaining the service truck and inventory.

You must have a HS diploma or GED, 3–5 years of related experience, and obtain ASE T8 within 18 months; a valid DOT card or ability to obtain one is required. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; 3 years in related field or 5 years in related field accepted.
• Must obtain ASE T8 (PMI) within 18 months.
• Valid DOT medical card or ready to obtain; pass DOT pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM and DOT inspections on light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles in mobile/field environment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, braking, cooling, engine and drivetrain systems.
• Maintain and operate service truck; manage parts inventory; document work using TRAIT app.
