Cox Fleet is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform DOT inspections, PMs, and light to heavy repairs in a mobile/field setting. You will diagnose electrical, brake, cooling, and engine systems, test drive to verify repairs, and document all work using a company iOS device.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED with 3 years of related experience, plus ASE T8 within 18 months and DOT regulatory compliance. Benefits include weekly pay and training opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED and 3 years’ related field experience, or equivalent combination.
• ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months of hire.
• DOT/FMCSA regulatory compliance knowledge and ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Aufgaben

• Perform scheduled PMs, DOT Inspections, and repairs on light to heavy vehicles in a mobile/field setting.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, braking, cooling, and engine systems.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure proper operation.
• Document findings, parts used, and RO details via company app on an iOS device.
• Coordinate with management for estimates and approvals; maintain daily schedule.
