Cox Fleet by Cox Automotive is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform licensed DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and light to mid-range repairs in a mobile/field environment. You will diagnose diesel and gas engines, electrical and hydraulic systems, and manage service truck tasks.

Qualifications

• DOT inspections and PM on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs in a mobile/field environment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment.
• Maintain and reconcile parts inventory on service trucks.
• Complete DOT forms and related documentation in a timely manner.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled PM and DOT Inspections with follow-up repairs on vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, braking, cooling, engine, and fuel systems.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and performance.
• Manage parts inventory and vehicle-service records.
