Fleet Services by Cox Automotive is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II/Sr Mobile Diesel Mechanic to perform DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs in a mobile field setting. You will work with customers to ensure services meet standards and safety requirements.

You will carry out advanced diagnostics, document activities, manage parts, and maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations while contributing to a dynamic service team.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with related field experience or equivalent.
• ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment screening and possess a valid DOT medical card if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform DOT inspections and preventive maintenance on light, medium, and heavy vehicles in a mobile/field setting.
• Diagnose, repair, and test electrical, braking, cooling, and engine systems on diesel trucks.
• Road test vehicles and document findings on RO using TRAIT application.
• Communicate with customers and management to obtain approvals and updates.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and daily schedule while managing part inventories.
