Job summary

Fleet Services by Cox Automotive is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician II to perform DOT inspections, PMs, and repairs on light–heavy trucks in a mobile/field setting.

You will diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems, manage parts locally, and document findings on RO via TRAIT app for accurate records.

ASE T8 PMI and ASE 608/609 certifications preferred; valid DOT medical card and 21+ years old are required where applicable. Weekly pay and benefits supported.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent with related discipline experience.
• ASE T8 PMI and ASE 608/609 certifications preferred.
• Must supply hand tools and comply with DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduledPM, DOT inspections, and repairs on mobile fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Document work orders, parts used, and RO details with company TRAIT app.
• Coordinate with customers and management for parts and approvals.
