Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, and light repairs in a mobile/field setting. You will diagnose and service electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, with supervision for advanced diagnostics.

The role supports on-site fleet maintenance nationwide, with safety and DOT compliance as top priorities. ASE T8 certification within 18 months is required or pursued, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with related field experience.
• ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PMs and DOT inspections on trucks in mobile/field environment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain and document repairs using iOS device and TRAIT app.
