Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and light repairs at customer locations. You will diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues, manage a service truck, and document all work using the TRAIT app.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years’ related experience.
• ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months.
• DOT regulations knowledge and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT inspections and PM on light, medium and heavy trucks in field.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Maintain service truck and inventory; document work with RO in TRAIT app.
• Communicate with customers and management for approvals and estimates.
