Cox Fleet is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform DOT inspections, PMs, and light to moderate repairs in a mobile/field environment. You will diagnose electrical, braking, cooling, engine systems, and more, with opportunities to advance under supervision.

Requirements include HS diploma/GED or 5 years related experience, tools, ASE T8 within 18 months, and a valid driver's license. Benefit from weekly pay and company-provided gear as part of a dynamic nationwide service team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher in related field or 5 years in related field.
• Possess and supply a set of hand tools.
• ASE T8 (PMI) certification required or obtained within 18 months.
• DOT pre-employment background screening and DOT physical required.
• Valid driver's license and be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PM and DOT inspections on light to heavy-duty vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, braking, cooling, and engine systems.
• Test and road-test vehicles to verify repairs.
• Document work and parts used on RO and TRAIT app.
